He is the Count Dracula. He has two kids, Vlad and Ingred Dracula. He's a jerk, especially to his daughter. This misogyny has a lot to do with vampire society where women are essentially second class citizens. He is afraid of mobs, scary mobs of peasants with pitchforks and torches. That is why he moved his family to Stokely, a small town in Wales.

His relationships with women are disastrous, his lover Magda has run off with a werewolf. He also has a thing for human, breather, women. And then there is the Elizabeta, the widow of his eldest brother, whom he was required to marry after Arta died. He never really loved her and ran off with Magda.
